Juhani Komulainen „Vinternatten“
Laura Hawley „O the Snow“
Matthew Whittall „Snowdrops“
Alex Freeman „Cathedral of Spring“

Kari Turunen:
The program is based on the transition from Autumn through Winter to Spring. It is not only a physical journey through the seasons but also a mental transition from darkness to hope and light. The music is from Estonia, Canada and Finland, albeit with two of the Finnish composers being originally from the US and Canada (and thus reflecting the global character of choral music).
