The aim of the Carolin Illenzeer Fund is to collect financial and social assistance to support the children of the members of the Estonian Defence Forces who have been killed or severely injured in the line of duty. The guiding principles of the Fund are kindness and good will in order to help cover the schooling costs or support hobby activities of the children of the members of the Estonian Defence Forces who have fought for Estonia.
