Arvo Pärt's most large-scale choral piece 'Kanon pokajanen' is dedicated to Tõnu Kaljuste and Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir who were the premiere performers and first recording artists of the work. ECM's disc 'Kanon pokajanen' was nominated for Grammy's best contemporary music piece and noted by famous music magazines Gramophone and BBC Music Magazine. These Arvo Pärt's Days is the possibility to listen to the famous composer's most monumental choir piece performed by those who brought the music to life for the first time.
