EPCC participates at summer festivals in Estonia and abroad.

 

In 5 July the EPCC gives a concert at Haapsalu Early Music Festival with „Officium Defunctorum” by Tomas Luis de Victoria under Toomas Siitan.

 

In 22 July the concert is given at Glasperlenspiel Music Festival in Tartu together with Ensemble Nomad (Japan) and the conductor Norio Sato.

 

In July the EPCC participates at Festival Aix-en-Provence (www.festival-aix.com) at performances of Mozart’s „Don Giovanni“ (conductor Marc Minkowski) and Verdi’s „Rigoletto“ (conductor Gianandrea Noseda) together with outstanding soloist cast and London Symphony Orchestra.

 

In the beginning of August the EPCC is invited to participate in Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival (www.shmf.de) with four concerts. Tõnu Kaljuste conducts Arvo Pärt’s „Kanon Pokajanen“ and Daniel Reuss conducts the programme of pieces by Cyrillus Kreek, Rudolf Tobias, Alfred Schnittke, Johannes Brahms.

 

In the end of August the choir participates under Daniel Reuss at Edinburgh International Festival (www.eif.co.uk).
