Frieder Bernius conducts EPCC

German conductor Frieder Bernius gives two concerts with the EPCC in Estonia. The concerts take place on November 23 at 19 pm in St John’s Church in Tartu and on November 24 at 19 pm in the United Methodist Church in Tallinn.

The programme includes J. S. Bach’s Mass in G-minor BWV 235 (1735), Josef Gabriel Rheinberger’s Stabat Mater for choir and strings in G-minor, op 138 (1884) and Peteris Vasks’s Dona nobis pacem for mixed-choir and strings (1996). The soloists are Iris Oja (alto), Toomas Tohert (tenor), Uku Joller (bass), participating Tallinn Chamber Orchestra.
