Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir takes off for their sixth tour of the USA and Canada. They will give ten concerts in Tucson, Houston, Sacramento, San Francisco and New York among other places in the USA, and in Toronto, Canada. The program includes music by Kreek, Sisask, Grigorjeva, Pärt, Tormis, Martinaitis, Einfelde, Sandström, Rautavaara, Nørgård, Schnittke, Titov, Bortnjanski, Sarti, Galuppi, Galbraith, Gorecki. The choir will also participate at the Soundstream Festival in Toronto for the third time. It is their first tour with Paul Hillier, the choir’s principal conductor since 2001.
