The songs,
presented on the record, are selected from the popular among
Estonians choral repertoire from XIX-XX centuries; most important
songs from the first national awakening period started in 1860-s,
beloved songs from the period of striving for independence during
soviet-time and songs from a new era of national awakening
started explosively in 1988.
